If you are on the go nothing satisfies my candy bar craving better than a White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Bar. Quest Bars are high in protein, fiber, and only contain 1 gram of sugar. They are also delicious and will contribute to you gaining lean muscle mass and fueling recovery. At less than 200 calories and 20 grams of protein, they are a great dessert snack on the go. My three favorite Quest Bar flavors are the Cookies and Cream, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

This weight gain shake contains over 50 grams of protein and over 20 grams of healthy fats. It’s also very easy to make. Here is my recipe below.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake – (Skinny Guy Muscle Building Shake Recipe)

Ingredients:

  •  1 cup fat free milk or no sugar added vanilla almond milk
  •  1 ½ scoops chocolate whey protein powder
  •  2 tbsp dark chocolate peanut butter (Made by Peanut Butter and Company)
  •  Handful of almonds
  •  Handful of ice
