Foods To Gain Weight: High-Protein Omelette

One of the best foods to gain weight is eggs. In this video I’ll show you how I like to cook a high-protein scrambled eggs meal to gain weight.

For this scrambled eggs muscle gain recipe you’ll need:

  • A carton of eggs
  • Mrs. Dash extra spicy
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped bell peppers
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Butter flavored cooking spray
  • Spinach
To cook this delicious muscle-building recipe you’ll start off by preheating the pan and putting the cooking spray on it.

Then you’ll add some spinach, onions, and bell peppers and let it cook for a little bit just until the spinach begins to wilt. Then add your eggs.

Mix this and let it cook. You can also add in your Mrs. Dash seasoning if you like. When the eggs are almost done cooking, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and mix it in.

Serve with whole wheat toast, yams, or baked potatoes.
