In this article, Sean Nalewanyj explains how to build big arms in the gym. Most weight lifters at the gym want to build those big muscular arms and they usually place arm training as one of the main focuses in their workout plan.

Most trainees have a poor understanding of what it actually takes to stimulate maximum arm growth. The reality is actually pretty straightforward.

3 Main Truths For Stimulating Arm Muscle Growth:
  1. The biceps and triceps are small muscle groups

  2. Your biceps are heavily stimulated every time you perform a basic pulling exercise for you back.

  3. Your triceps are heavily stimulated every time you perform a basic pressing movement for your chest or shoulders.
The most important thing to realize when trying to build arm and bicep muscles is that they only require a very small amount of direct stimulation.

If you really want to get maximum arm growth, you should simplify your workouts, reduce your frequency, and stick to only the most basic exercises. You don't need any fancy techniques in order to properly build your arms.
