Weight Gain Network is the hardgainer's guide to gaining weight and building muscle fast. With all the misinformation out there, this website will give you a clear overview of how you can reach your weight gain goals in the fastest possible time.
Who Is Jeff Masterson?
I'm the founder of WeightGainNetwork.com.
I was a skinny kid growing up, and it always bothered me. How was I supposed to defend myself in a fight? How was anyone supposed to take me seriously? How was I going to find clothes the fit me? What girl wants to date a scrawney kid?
So one day I had enough and said, "Alright, I'm going to figure out how to gain weight and build muscle and finally get big... Or at least NORMAL size so I'm no longer the skinny guy."
So I joined the gym and started working out 3 - 4 days a week. I didn't really have a plan and I didn't know what I was doing. I just stuck with dumbbell curls, and machines that I could figure out how to use, and started lifting.
Needless to say, a year later I looked exactly the same. Why? Because I had no plan and no guidance from anyone who actually knew what they were talking about. My "guidance" came from random people in the gym who would see this skinny kid working out and would give me their "tips." The problem was they didn't know what the hell they were talking about!
So I decided I needed to do my own research... I searched all over the Internet looking for info about how to gain weight. I got a mixed bag of information, some good, some bad, but I was able to get to the bottom of it and put a solid weight gain program together and stuck with it.
This included a workout plan, supplement plan, and high calorie diet that I stuck to religiously. And I tracked my progress every week. Then something amazing happened...
I FINALLY started gaining weight!
I had "cracked the code" to defeat my skinny-guy genes and started gaining an average of 2 pounds a week! That may not sound like a lot, but think about it... That's 24 pounds in 3 months! How would YOU like to gain an extra 24 pounds over the next 3 months. How much would you weigh then?
Trust me, when you gain that much weight in such a short period of time, people notice.
Why Did You Start This Site?
I started this website to give skinny guys and hardgainers a resource they can go to for REAL information about how to gain weight.
If you want to pack on pounds of muscle, his website will serve as your guide to gaining as much weight as you want. All the resources are here for you. And that was my goal: To create a one-stop web portal that any guy could come to and immediately get the information he's looking for... Instead of spending hours and days sifting through all the junk out there on the Internet and beating your head against the wall when you can't find a clear answer.
